🎀 BOWS & BOWRETTES CANCELLATION POLICY 🎀 We understand that life happens and plans can change! As a small business, your appointment reserves dedicated time specifically for you. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No fee • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged • Failure to provide notice will be considered a no-show. RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment one time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee. DEPOSITS A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable when the cancellation policy is violated. LATE ARRIVALS We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, modified, or canceled depending on the service and schedule. A late-cancellation fee may apply. EMERGENCIES We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Bows & Bowrettes.
